Frankly, it's all about people. Those who use our services, our clients and our associates. Continuous development provides a focus for our pursuit of working efficiently, effectively, profitably and ethically on our clients' behalf.

That's why everyone who works at The essentiagroup is an associate - associates commit while employees often merely do.

To meet some of our associates is to meet registered nurses, careers advisors, addiction counsellors, youth workers, scientists, dieticians and linguists amongst others.

So here are our promises: when a person contacts one of our services, often in a vulnerable, unsure state and in real need of support, they will speak with an advisor who is well trained and truly able to deliver appropriate advice and empathetic support; when a client speaks to us, they will draw on a deep pool of knowledge from people who care about doing the job right.
